Ad-West Realty Services in Washington state seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential properties, ensure high maintenance standards, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. You will manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance, enforce leases, and assist with budget preparation.

• Tenant relations and customer service experience
• Budget preparation and expense management
• Familiarity with property operations
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Leadership and team coordination

Responsabilidades

• Managing the responsibilities of assigned properties
• Maintain posted office hours while managing routine office functions and communications
• Collection of rents and showing of units
• Certification and Re-Certification of all tenants
• Service of notices and inspections; conduct daily grounds pickup; assist with unit turns and cleaning
• Collecting vendor quotes and building external relationships
• Purchasing and managing Vendor Authority in accordance with Company Policy
• Overseeing a team of employees and vendors to ensure maintenance and cleaning tasks are executed
• Maintain communication with Regional Property Manager concerning status of on-site activity
• Respond to incidents designated by Ad-West Realty Services within 24 hours
• Timely submission of required reports to Regional Property Manager
• Attend training seminars
• On-call availability in emergencies and ability to shut off water valves
• Maintain emergency phone numbers as needed
• Other duties as assigned
