Job summary

Transwestern seeks an Assistant Property Manager in Bellevue, WA, to support the Property Manager with property operations, budgets, monthly reporting, rent collection, and lease administration. The role emphasizes on-site presence and exemplary tenant service, with a focus on timely issue resolution and adherence to policies and standards.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3 years of property management experience, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant property

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a Human Resource Management related discipline.
• RPA designation in progress preferred.
• Possess Real Estate License where required by state.
• 3 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial /Class A Office management.
• MS 365 Word, Excel and Outlook proficiencies.
• Angus and accounting software such as MRI, Yard or CTI preferred proficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities associated with a property or group of properties.
• Assist with all lease administration duties.
• Supervise vendors and maintenance staff.
• Perform regular property inspections and complete inspection report.
• Assist with development and control of operating and capital budget.
• Prepare monthly owner reports and manage day-to-day financial transactions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Finance/Accounting or HR management related discipline
