Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Commercial real estate or property management experience preferred.
• Safety and industry certifications may be required.
• Knowledge of leases, property operations, market trends, and regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; Yardi/Onsite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve tenant questions and concerns.
• Assist with preparation, distribution, execution, and tracking of commercial leases, amendments, renewals, and related documents.
• Manage tenant records and lease documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including access and building requirements.
• Process rent payments, generate statements, review AP/AR, and assist in resolving billing issues.
• Follow up with prospective tenant leads and assist with property tours and leasing inquiries.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships and serve as day-to-day contact for property needs.
• Assist with vendor management, service contracts, budgets, and property expenses.
