Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishes positive relationships with tenants and clarifies lease requirements.

• Directs vendors and engineering staff to meet property needs.
• Oversees building systems and prioritizes repairs and operations.
• Inspects properties, grounds, and tenant spaces regularly.
• Submits monthly inspection reports with observations and recommendations.
• Prepares annual property budgets and reviews monthly financials.
• Explains variances in financials and communicates with clients.
• Serves as single point of contact for clients on property matters.
• Monitors rent collection and accounts receivable; handles delinquencies.
