• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years commercial property management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office programs.
• Superior customer service orientation and collaborative style.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage time constraints without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a working and positive relationship with tenants, maintains liaison through visits and calls, clarifies lease terms and promptly replies to tenant inquiries.
• Promptly respond to all service requests from tenants.
• Ensure properties are maintained and repaired in good condition.
• Contract with and direct vendors/engineering staff and supervise contractors.
• Oversee heating/air conditioning and other building systems; prioritize and authorize repairs.
• Regularly inspect commercial properties, grounds and tenant spaces.
• Submit monthly property inspection reports with locations, conditions and corrective actions.
• Prepare annual budget and review monthly financials; produce operating reports for client.
• Explain variances in financials to client; act as single point of communication for property-related inquiries.
• Ensure timely collection and deposit of rent and other receivables; manage delinquencies per company protocol.
