Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Baltimore is seeking a Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred.
• AP and CMMS proficiency required.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties highly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to forecast outcomes, prepare budgets with long-term capital plans, and deliver insightful variance reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly convey complex topics and lead exchange of sensitive information.
• Demonstrated leadership potential or experience; proven collaborative contributions within a high-functioning team.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and prepare reports.
• Manage tenant requests and coordinate staff to resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly and annual operating/capital expense reports and budgets.
• Oversee lease administration, changes, and reporting.
• Proactively collect rent and report AR status to clients.
• Lead sourcing and procurement activities and ensure contract compliance.
• Direct daily and long-term team activities and coach staff.
• Supervise recruitment, hiring, and development.
