• 5 years reviewing property financial information, including budgets, forecasts, budget to actual variances, operating expenses, rental income, collections, tenant billings, vendor costs, and financial or operating reports.

Job description

The Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager manages the operations, maintenance, tenant administration, vendors, budgets, and financial reporting for a growing portfolio of commercial properties. The role leads the transition from third-party to in-house property management and establishes scalable processes, reporting, and administrative practices. Partners with the BMC Accounting Team, Facility Management Team, vendors, and executive leadership to support property performance, tenant service, and portfolio

The position serves as the primary contact for tenants regarding routine property lease administration matters after lease execution. The position works closely with the BMC Accounting Team, in-town Facility Management Team, vendors, and other BMC employees to support property operations.

Requirements:

• 5 years Managing multiple commercial properties, leases, vendors, maintenance activities, budgets, or property related contracts.
• 5 years using commercial property management platforms, such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Appfolio, Building Engines, or comparable systems
• 5 years reviewing property financial information, including budgets, forecasts, budget to actual variances, operating expenses, rental income, collections, tenant billings, vendor costs, and financial or operating reports.

Preferred:
