Mason Equity Group is seeking a confident Commercial Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio spanning Columbus and surrounding markets. You will manage tenant relations, leasing coordination, and financial oversight while maintaining high property standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and vendors.

Formación

• Previous property management experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial leasing or real estate operations encouraged.
• Familiarity with commercial lease agreements, including NNN structures, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties in Columbus and surrounding markets.
• Conduct regular property inspections for curb appeal, safety, and presentation.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely work completion.
• Monitor rent collections and operating expenses; manage records and reporting.
• Support leasing initiatives, property tours, and lease negotiations as needed.
• Maintain accurate tenant communications and lease documentation.
