Job summary

A national commercial real estate firm is seeking qualified Commercial Property Managers to oversee a growing commercial portfolio in Milwaukee. You will manage day-to-day operations, develop tenant relationships, oversee improvements, and handle vendor negotiations. The ideal candidate has experience in property management and strong communication skills. This is an in-person role Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing building operations and tenant relations.
• Ability to manage accounts receivable collections.
• Knowledge of capital improvement projects.

The Company is seeking qualified, professional, and high-energy Commercial Property Managers to oversee our growing commercial portfolio, which today exceeds 78 million square feet across 29 states and is comprised of warehouses and other industrial properties.This position will be in-person at our Milwaukee office Monday-Friday.

• Oversee the day-to-day building/facility/warehousing operations
• Develop and maintain positive tenant relationships
• Oversee accounts receivable collections
• Oversee tenant improvements and capital improvement projects
• Review operating expense reconciliations and estimates
• Provide value engineering and value enhancement insight to the properties
• Negotiate and oversee all service contracts and vendor relations
