Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between tenants, property managers, and corporate office to keep operations running smoothly.
• Handle general administrative tasks for leadership.
• Act as first point of contact for tenants and visitors, manage phone inquiries, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Support on-site personnel and ensure timely communication across teams.
• Coordinate lease renewals, notices, rent collection, security deposit refunds, and legal processes.
• Maintain tenant records, files, and financial data in MRI software.
• Assist with tenant move-ins, inspections, and fit-outs.
• Collaborate with tenants and management to resolve issues and deliver top-tier service.
• Support property technologies including surveillance, call box, and directory systems.
• Occasional travel to local properties for signage, inspections, and tenant meetings.

What You'll Do
