We are partnering with our Dallas client in search of a direct hire Assistant Property Manager!

The Assistant Property Manager will support the manager or higher staff in managing a commercial portfolio of office, industrial, or retail properties in the North Dallas area. Working closely with managers on construction budgets, year-end budgets, quarterly reporting, new leases, tenant move-in and tenant move- out, and marketing.

Compensation: $75000-80000 plus great perks and benefits!

This role is a hybrid position offering 2 remote days (typically Thursdays and Fridays)

This position is Temp to Hire.

What the role looks like:

  • Respond to tenant needs
  • Ensure tenants and building staff issues are resolved timely and efficiently
  • Maintain accuracy in rent rolls and collection of rents
  • Monthly billings
  • Meeting vendors for maintenance and make recommendations regarding projects
  • Assist in performing periodic property inspections
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate tenant billings
  • Maintain maintenance log for service calls

Qualifications you will need:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Commercial Property Management experience is required
  • Bachelors degree preferably in related field such as business, real estate, or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Suite and Yardi software
  • Strong understanding and experience of accounting in a commercial real estate office
