Job summary

The Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) seeks a Property Management Officer to lead administrative duties across maintenance, scheduling, and repairs for 3CDC assets. The role supports both the Property Management and Development teams, coordinating third-party contractors and ensuring timely responses to maintenance needs.

Responsibilities include tracking spending, processing invoices, coordinating vacant-building maintenance, and ensuring compliance with city codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, maintenance, or general construction/general trade work.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stay calm and work under pressure.
• Personable, positive attitude with ability to work with diverse people.
• Willingness to be on call for nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service providers to perform maintenance for assets.
• Data entry for invoice processing and budgeting.
• Maintain an up-to-date tenant contact database.
• Manage and schedule third-party contractors and vendors.
• Track work orders and preventative maintenance timelines; keep staff informed.
• Maintain records of contracts, service agreements, and certifications.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate preventative maintenance for HVAC, elevator, janitorial, and other systems.
• Respond to after-hours and weekend requests; address emergencies as needed.
• Support Sr. Property Manager with budgeting and expense tracking.”
