Job summary

Olen Properties is seeking a Commercial Associate Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of buildings in the Brea area. You will support day-to-day management, ensure tenant satisfaction, and coordinate vendor activities to keep properties well maintained.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in commercial property management, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with budgeting and lease administration. On-site work at multiple properties in Orange County is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with tenants, vendors, contractors, and building staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple properties and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenants and respond promptly to questions, requests, and concerns.
• Develop positive relationships with tenants and assist with retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and staff to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
• Assist with overall operation and management of properties and with budgets and reporting.
• Maintain accurate tenant, vendor, lease, and property records; assist with lease administration and renewals.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and assist with capital projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and regulatory requirements.
