Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Associate Real Estate Manager in Thousand Oaks, CA to oversee a portfolio of properties, coordinating tenant needs, vendor management, budgeting and reporting. The role supports the Real Estate Manager and ensures compliance with CBRE policies and client expectations.

The position requires 2–5 years of experience and a relevant real estate license, with strong Excel and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience or combination of experience and education.
• Real Estate license if state required.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant needs and ensure services are provided per CBRE policies.
• Conduct property inspections and authorize alterations and vendor contracts as needed.
• Approve vendor invoices and tenant billings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate property reports and budgets.
