Olen Properties in the Brea area is seeking a Commercial Associate Property Manager to join our Property Management team. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations of a diversified portfolio, ensuring tenants receive exceptional service and that properties are well maintained.
Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, inspections, budgeting support, vendor management, and lease administration while collaborating with managers and internal teams to meet company standards.
For 50 years, Olen has owned, developed, and managed distinctive commercial properties in Orange County, California. Our portfolio consists of over 6 million sq. ft. of premier office and flex-space projects. Olen leases and manages a mixture of Class A office buildings and light industrial properties. Olen is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Commercial Property Management team as an Associate Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of buildings in the Brea area. The Associate Property Manager will assist with the day‑to‑day management and operations of our real‑estate portfolio. This position works closely with Property Managers and the broader property management team to ensure properties are well maintained; tenants receive excellent service, and operational and administrative responsibilities are handled efficiently.

Full-Time
$75,000 – $80,000 per year + bonus plan is the posted range and is flexible depending upon experience and skill level.
The successful candidate is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities. They enjoy working with tenants and vendors, are willing to spend time in the field at properties and can identify issues and follow them through to resolution rather than simply passing them along.
