Olen is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Commercial Property Management team as an Associate Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of buildings in the Brea area. The Associate Property Manager will assist with the day-to-day management and operations of our real-estate portfolio. This position works closely with Property Managers and the broader property management team to ensure properties are well maintained; tenants receive excellent service, and operational and administrative responsibilities are handled efficiently.
A High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language to perform the following: Read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to tenants, subcontractors, vendors, and other employees of the Company.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Must be able to compute rates, ratio, and percentage. Ability to accurately complete time sheets and verify that totals are correct.
Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 per year + bonus plan is the posted range and is flexible depending upon experience and skill level.
