Job summary

Wasatch Commercial Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain and repair our portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring safety and a clean, efficient environment for tenants and visitors.

You will perform routine tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, inspect properties, respond to emergencies, document maintenance, and assist in preparing vacant units. Flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
