Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Dallas to provide first-class property management support and assist a Property Manager with portfolio oversight. You will help with building operations, tenant relations, vendor scheduling, and customer service.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, reviewing invoices, preparing monthly and annual budgets, and assisting with financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in the Commercial Property Management industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Experience with real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Desire and ambition to learn and grow in Stream's property management department.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Property Managers to resolve building operations issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service contract compliance.
• Prepare and review vendor contracts as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to owners' policies and applicable codes and regulations.
• Answer office calls and assist callers.
• Receive work order requests and coordinate with technicians or vendors.
• Schedule activities including move-ins/move-outs and verify insurance.
• Assist with rent payment follow-ups and late fee/demand letter processes.
• Review invoice coding for payment accuracy.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and annual budgets.
• Support insurance, electricity procurement, and real estate tax review processes.
• Ensure compliance with management agreements and lease types.
• Assist with accounting, leasing, marketing, and construction needs.
• Handle after-hours emergencies and help plan tenant events.
