Stream Realty Partners is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a portfolio of retail and office properties in Dallas. The role involves supporting a Property Manager in day-to-day operations, improving tenant relations, coordinating vendor services, and assisting with budgeting and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years in commercial property management, with strong communication, organizational, and software skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years in commercial property management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants and vendors.
• Experience with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Managers with day-to-day operations and tenant relations.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service contracts and compliance.
• Assist in budget preparation, invoices, and reporting packages.
• Support lease administration and occupancy planning.
• Handle after-hours inquiries and tenant event coordination.
