Qualifications

• Must have a valid Missouri driver’s license.
• Willing to travel throughout the state, including overnight travel.
• Capable of making independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete appraisals of real property parcels selected for inclusion in commercial property assessment ratio studies.
• Measure and list structural components; collect, inspect and analyze sales, rental and cost data.
• Gather data for economic and cost studies; apply the three traditional value approaches.
• Draft market analyses and work with market data processing software used in the appraisal process.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 24 credit hours in related fields

Missouri Certified Real Estate Appraiser, General Certification
