• Ability to learn and utilize flooring, tile, and construction estimating software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

We are seeking a Project Manager who will oversee projects from award through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and collaborating with suppliers, installers, contractors, architects, and property owners to drive successful project outcomes.

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for estimating, coordinating, and managing commercial flooring and interior finishes projects throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will work closely with internal support teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of commercial construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting.
• Experience collaborating with contractors, architects, vendors, and property owners.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
