Job summary

Dahl Consulting in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial flooring and interior finishes from award to completion. You will ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, collaborating with installers, contractors, architects, and owners to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires estimating, coordinating, and managing projects, with emphasis on schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in construction, project management, estimating, sales, or related commercial construction.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
Ability to learn and utilize flooring, tile, and construction estimating software.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare material and labor estimates and develop project pricing for profitable execution.
Manage commercial flooring and interior finishes projects from award through final completion.
Coordinate project activities with field personnel, installers, suppliers, contractors, architects, owners, and internal staff.
Monitor schedules, budgets, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
Communicate project updates and resolve issues affecting timelines or performance.
Support procurement, scheduling, and project documentation activities.
Maintain strong client and partner relationships throughout the lifecycle.
