Job Description

To proficiently plan, manage, oversee, and execute commercial projects on schedule and within budget.

Knowledge/Experience

Broad knowledge of trade service installations and/or construction management. The position requires the use of complicated drawings and a variety of precision‑measuring instruments.

Job Requirements
  • Software – Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet, and adoption of internal Viewpoint software
  • Handle all planning, scheduling, and oversight of project from Estimator hand‑off until completion.
  • Ability to clearly communicate in all media and at all levels concerning project design, specifications, and requirements.
  • Price change orders and submit requests to owner, Verifying project budget information
  • Cost verification, review subcontracts for projection accuracy, review and approve material and subcontract invoices
  • Review daily reports for accuracy, help get daily reporting into project master scheduler from field personnel
  • Prepare submittals, coordinate subcontractors, attend onsite project meetings when required, provide updated plans to field operations and subcontractors, maintain master plan set
  • Understanding construction installations with experience in Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical projects.
  • Assist in enforcing the TLC Safety Program and OSHA requirements
  • Maintain and understand current State and Federal compliance regulations
  • Contract – understands the contract with the owner and subcontractors
  • Close out – ensure as‑builds, test reports, etc. are submitted in a timely matter
  • 5+ years Project Management experience preferably in Commercial industry
