TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Commercial HVAC Journeyman to join our team. You will deliver customer-focused service and leadership in our Commercial & Industrial Service Department, ensuring safe, high-quality work and strong production performance.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, perform installations and preventive maintenance, and guide helpers to successful outcomes while meeting safety standards and client

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC Journeyman License (required).
• EPA Certification (required).
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform installations, service work, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company expectations.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work and pricing.

Job Description

As a Commercial HVAC Journeyman in TLC’s Commercial & Industrial Service Department, you will provide customer-focused service and leadership on a daily basis.
