Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of plumbing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. A valid plumbing license or relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in specialized plumbing tools and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Experience with record keeping and parts inventory tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and service structural plumbing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues from blueprints.
• Clear drains and obstructions in plumbing systems.
• Install and test backflow prevention devices.
• Estimate time and materials for jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
