Job summary

Dallas Mechanical Group, Inc. seeks a strategic Commercial Plumbing Service Manager to lead our growing service operation in Texas.

You will direct the plumbing service team, drive profitability, manage workloads, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and compliance. Reporting to the Vice President of Service Operations, you will oversee dispatch, scheduling, budgeting, and KPI tracking, collaborate with sales for service growth, and mentor technicians to maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing service management experience.
• Experience with commercial facilities in healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, education, and retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and financial management capabilities.
• Proficiency with service scheduling, dispatch, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the commercial plumbing service operation.
• Oversee service dispatching, technician scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Monitor workload, staffing, and capacity to align with business objectives.
• Manage service backlog, emergency response readiness, and service quality.
• Establish and drive operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
