Job summary

Reporting to the VP of Service Operations, you will drive dispatch, workforce planning, budgeting, and KPI-driven improvements to build a high-performing, safety-conscious team delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing service management.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
Strong business acumen with financial, operational, and workforce management capabilities.
Experience with service scheduling, dispatch, and resource planning.
Ability to establish and monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software; ERP/CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the commercial plumbing service operation, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee service dispatching, technician scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
Assess workload demands, staffing levels, and capacity to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage service backlog, emergency response readiness, and execution of customer commitments while maintaining quality standards.
Establish and drive operational processes, performance expectations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
