Job summary

ART PLUMBING is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, directing, and coordinating construction and maintenance of facilities. The role includes scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, supporting field personnel, and resolving field issues.

You will manage subcontractors, review documents, and ensure safety and code compliance. Strong communication, leadership, and financial acumen are required for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in plumbing/mechanical industries and construction management.
• HS diploma or GED required; BS in engineering/CM preferred; MS a plus.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, documentation, regulations, and safety codes.
• Familiarity with REVIT and project management/document control software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Coordinate with field personnel and subs to resolve construction issues.
• Review contract documents, bid documents, and turnover requirements.
• Ensure timely procurement, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project document control and cost tracking.
