The role emphasizes staying on schedule and within budget, with emphasis on communication and delivering high-quality results across diverse project types in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing project management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, and project management software (Trimble experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

A growing commercial plumbing contractor is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to support its expanding new construction and tenant improvement division.

This role is well-suited for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can manage projects from initial pricing through closeout while collaborating closely with field teams, general contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage awarded projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate project schedules, material procurement, and labor resources
