Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing supports an opportunity for a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager. The client is a leader in commercial mechanical, electric, and plumbing with 40+ years in business and 1000+ employees.

You will manage medium to large commercial plumbing projects, maintain clear communication with clients and staff, and handle multiple projects across various stages of construction with attention to cost, change orders, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing project management experience.
• Degree in construction science is a plus.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Navis preferred.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large commercial plumbing projects.

What you need for this position:

• 3+ years of commercial construction plumbing project management experience
