Job summary

Chabez Tech in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to lead commercial plumbing and fire protection projects from planning through closeout. You will develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans while steering project teams to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience in commercial plumbing, a relevant bachelor's degree, proficiency with Procore and Excel, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 5–10 years of commercial plumbing and fire protection project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration and change orders.
• Experience using Procore and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
