Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and field teams while ensuring quality installations and code compliance.

This role requires 3–5+ years of plumbing or MEP leadership, strong reading of plans and specifications, and excellent communication. You’ll coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and GC teams to keep projects on track and deliver safe,

• 3–5+ years of plumbing or MEP construction leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and construction documents.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and project coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing construction projects from kickoff to closeout.

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Track job costs, production, and project performance.

• Support project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
