You will serve as the primary liaison among customers, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality. The role requires coordinating diverse trades, reviewing plans, and maintaining project documentation while protecting profitability and client satisfaction on every

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing, piping, or mechanical construction experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and projects in a field setting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical plans, specs, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing and piping projects from turnover through final completion.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, addenda, schedules, and project requirements.
• Develop project schedules and establish critical milestones.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and resources.
• Monitor progress and take proactive action to avoid delays.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, general contractors, field personnel, and management.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to protect schedule and profitability.
