Pro Services Inc. is seeking a Piping Project Manager to drive piping construction projects from planning through closeout. You will lead the project team, estimate work, prepare bids, and manage budgets, timelines, and safety compliance for heavy industrial and piping work.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with customers and internal teams, conducting site visits, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality and timely project delivery while maximizing customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience estimating and managing heavy industrial and commercial piping construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred; experience may substitute for degree.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Project and QuoteSoft.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with customers and Design/Build team to estimate and execute projects.
• Prepares bids using approved design specifications.
• Follows up on bid proposals and secures commitments to start projects.
• Manages recurring revenue and cultivates customer relationships.
• Establishes budgets, timelines and project goals for construction execution.
• Ensures permits and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Conducts site visits and coordinates subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepares and reviews project reports and closes out projects.
