Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of plumbing and piping operations on commercial construction projects, including water systems, sanitary, storm drainage, gas piping, hydronic piping, and fixture installations.

The role coordinates with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to develop construction plans, manage budgets, ensure safety, and drive project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience on commercial plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to apply effective and innovative project management techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, estimating, CAD/BIM, and fabrication shops.
• Develop and maintain detailed plumbing construction plans and schedules.
• Monitor field progress and mentor site leadership to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare and report on project budgets and financial performance.
• Create revenue forecasts, cash flow analyses, and value of work schedules.
• Manage change orders and subcontractor change proposals.
• Oversee RFI, submittals, and documentation for plumbing trades.
