Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in potable water distribution and drainage.
• Multi-skilled across HVAC, electrical, and central utility plant operations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex commercial plumbing infrastructure.

• Ability to read plumbing blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing systems including domestic water supply, drainage, and backflow devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair potable water lines, waste and vent systems, and fixtures.
• Monitor water pressure, temperature, and flow; adjust systems to maintain quality and compliance.
• Perform maintenance on HVAC, life safety, and control systems.
• Review client service summaries to resolve recurring plumbing issues and prevent failures.
• Monitor vendor performance and plumbing material quality and pricing.
• Verify deliveries for plumbing components and fixtures.
• Check inventory of diagnostic tools and equipment.
