Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing estimating (commercial/industrial preferred).
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform complete plan and specification reviews, takeoffs, and scope analysis.
• Develop conceptual and budget estimates during early project phases.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Identify risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams during preconstruction and project handoff.
• Participate in bid reviews and strategy discussions.
