Qualifications

• Education includes a high school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of sales experience in plumbing or mechanical contracting.
• 5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer account including sales, correspondence and customer relations.
• Supervise projects, schedule activities, review drawings and prepare estimates.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients in commercial, healthcare, data center, and higher education markets.
• Present plumbing products and service solutions emphasizing efficiency and innovation.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate to develop customized solutions and follow up post-sale.
