Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a skilled Plumber to join our building operations team in West Greenwich, Rhode Island. You will maintain and repair plumbing systems, ensure reliable water supply, drainage, and waste systems, and support contractors as needed to keep client buildings running smoothly.

As a knowledgeable plumber, you will read blueprints, coordinate with facilities staff, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with plumbing apprenticeship/trade school.
• Valid journeyman or master plumber license as required by RI.
• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience in customer service/maintenance.
• Knowledge of RI plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, waste disposal, water heating, and backflow devices.
• Troubleshoot fixtures, clear drains, and maintain pumps/grease traps.
• Manage CMMS work orders and coordinate with tenants/building occupants.
• Support water quality testing and preventative maintenance programs.
• Oversee contractors, inventory, and purchasing for plumbing supplies.
• Ensure compliance with RI codes and safety procedures.
