Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Plumber for a Franklin/Hopkinton, MA location. The role involves maintaining and repairing all plumbing systems to keep facilities running smoothly, with a focus on water supply, drainage, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a MA license and 5+ years in commercial plumbing, able to read blueprints, operate CMMS, and manage contractor activities. On-site, 1st shift, with on-call expectations and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completed apprenticeship program or trade school education in plumbing.
• Valid journeyman or master plumber's license per MA regulations.
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience in building operations.
• Knowledge of MA plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, waste, water heaters and backflow prevention devices.
• Troubleshoot fixtures, clear blockages, maintain pumps and grease traps.
• Manage work order system (CMMS) to complete tenant requests and communicate with occupants.
• Conduct water quality testing and coordinate water treatment programs.
• Oversee contractor activities and manage procurement of plumbing supplies.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety procedures; handle emergencies.
• Respond to leaks and sewer issues and provide status updates to clients.
