Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Maintenance Plumber in Jacksonville, FL to install, maintain and repair plumbing systems in commercial facilities. You will read blueprints, interpret plans, and ensure codes and safety standards are met.

The role requires a valid Duval County Plumber’s Journeyman License, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently within a team. Monday–Friday, on-site, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidate must hold a valid Duval County Plumber’s Journeyman License.
• Experience in commercial/industrial plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial facilities.
• Read blueprints and determine installation requirements.
• Test systems for leaks and functionality; perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs independently; adhere to codes and safety standards.
