Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join its renowned team. This role blends competitive drive with teamwork, offering uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and industry-leading training.

You will build relationships, understand Orkin’s commercial products, and help clients protect their facilities. Prior pest control experience not required; strong communication and relationship skills needed.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control industry experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Sales or customer relationship management experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests
• Uphold quality and safety and satisfy regulatory standards
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and address issues
