Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join our Commercial sales team. You’ll leverage a strong brand, award-winning training, and a performance-based compensation plan to win new business and protect client interests.

No industry experience is required to start; this role offers a company vehicle, uncapped commissions, a comprehensive benefits package, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• No Industry Experience Required!
• Sales, prospecting or cold calling experience is a plus
• Strong communication or customer relationship management skills required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Use provided tools and training to prepare sales agreements and manage leads.
