Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Commercial Service Manager to lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams in our branch, ensuring timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will drive route efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across daily operations.

You will monitor schedules, train staff, manage inventory, and respond to customer concerns, including cancellations. A valid drivers license is required; relocation and leadership skills are valued.

Qualifications

• An associates degree and a valid drivers license are required.
• 12 years of related pest control or service experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and motivation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces/attics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams.
