Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales, coordinate dispatches from order to delivery, and maintain vehicle readiness. You will engage with customers, perform stock visits, and assist in upselling to boost transaction value.

Responsibilities include leading the parts area, utilizing inventory systems, and enabling weekend coverage as needed to meet business demands. A valid driver's license and MVR certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Prior automotive parts or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales activities.
• Assist dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and account touchpoints.
• Lead the parts department organization and backroom maintenance.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
