Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales, coordinate commercial deliveries, and manage the parts department. You will lead backroom organization, maintain product knowledge, and assist with upselling to increase order value.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic inventory and POS system skills, and strong customer service abilities. Weekend coverage may be required in peak times.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (MVR).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Experience with basic inventory management and parts lookups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching deliveries.
• Manage vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and vehicle readiness.
• Conduct stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls and follow-ups with customers.
• Lead the organization around the parts department and backroom areas.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
• Lead the commercial program when CPP is not present, including weekends.
