Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led commercial sales and coordinate deliveries. You will assist with dispatching, manage the store vehicle fleet, and conduct Pro Sales flyer drops to drive customer engagement.

The role requires strong sales skills, basic inventory knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Weekend availability may be needed to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or automotive setting is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatched for delivery.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general vehicle readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints.
• Perform customer deliveries as needed, following standard driver procedures (pick, stage, deliver, returns, core handling collection of credit accounts, customer relationship building)
• Lead the organization and maintenance in and around the parts department / backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
