Job summary

Dialight is seeking an in-house Commercial Paralegal in Farmingdale, NJ to support the Legal team with contract review, management and onboarding of third parties. You will assist with compliance, labor matters and corporate governance under the Group Head of Legal.

The role reports to the Group Head of Legal in London, and requires strong organizational skills, initiative and the ability to work independently on routine and moderately complex tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law and/or Business or equivalent
• 2–5 years in-house paralegal or contract manager role
• Experience drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts
• Generalist legal knowledge across corporate, commercial, labor, compliance
• Commercial acumen and cross‑functional process understanding
• Willingness to provide administrative legal support
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Contract Management & Administration: review, negotiate, execute, renew and close out contracts and related documents.
• Maintain contract records with key dates, pricing, terms and renewal provisions.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines, notices, and obligations for timely compliance.
• Coordinate approvals and official execution in line with policies.
• Manage template agreements and update as laws and strategy change.
