Job summary

Dialight is seeking a Commercial Paralegal to join the Corporate HQ Legal team based in Farmingdale, NJ. You will support commercial contracts, onboarding of third parties, HR and governance matters, working with the Group Head of Legal to handle routine and moderately complex tasks.

You will report to the Group Head of Legal based at the Corporate HQ in London, England, and collaborate with internal teams to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance across US and global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law and/or Business or relevant experience
• 2–5 years as in-house Paralegal or Contract Manager
• Experience drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts
• Generalist legal knowledge across corporate, commercial, labor, compliance and governance
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and administer commercial contracts including POs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, agency and customer agreements
• Support contract lifecycle from review to execution, amendments, renewals and closeout
• Maintain organized contract records with key dates, pricing, insurance, warranties and renewal terms
• Monitor milestones, deadlines and obligations for timely compliance
• Coordinate contract approvals and filing in accordance with policy
