Job summary

Octapharma USA is seeking a Paralegal to join our in-house team in Paramus, NJ. The role provides administrative and legal support to the Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory Department, with focus on contract administration, document management, and regulatory documentation.

Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field required.
• Paralegal Certificate from ABA-approved program preferred.
• Basic understanding of legal terminology, contract administration, and document management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 2+ years of paralegal, legal administrative, compliance, or related experience.
• Internship or prior experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, healthcare organization, or regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal support to Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory Department.
• Assist with contract administration and regulatory documentation.
• Manage legal documents and corporate records.
• Support compliance program activities and policy processes.
• Help ensure operations comply with applicable laws and company policies.
